It will appear as NimbleCommerce.

3. Can I request a refund for for unused Voucher purchases.
No, all Voucher purchases are final.

4. What is it?
semo deals, sponsored by the Southeast Missourian, features deals on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in the greater Cape Girardeau area. The deal is only available for a limited time (or until it sells out) -- so act fast! By placing an order for a voucher you are offering to purchase the voucher at a set price from the Advertiser. The Voucher allows you to purchase a face value of goods/services for a reduced price. Various restrictions may apply to the use of the Voucher. These restrictions are set forth on the Voucher itself. In addition, the Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.

5. How do I buy it?
You must create an account in order to purchase a Voucher. This is required so we can process your purchase and provide you with easy access to print your Voucher, view your past purchases and modify your preferences. Once you have created an account, you will be allowed to purchase Vouchers without re-registering. When you are ready to purchase a deal Voucher for a specific deal, click the “add to cart” button before the deal expires and proceed to checkout!

6. Is this offer available in person at the location?
No. semo deals are only available online, through the Southeast Missourian. These special deals are not available at the locations themselves and are not available at the Southeast Missourian offices.

7. What happens after I buy it?
After you make a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order, along with your semo deals voucher to print out via email. Take your voucher to the store or merchant any time before it expires to enjoy your great deal!

8. When can I use it?
Your deal is only valid within the specified dates given. Usually vouchers are not activated until 24 hours after your purchase.

9. What if I only want to use part of it?
Sorry, if you must use the entire value of the deal in one trip. There is no cash value for the deal.

10. Is the transaction safe?
Yes. The transaction uses SSL and other industry standard security features to ensure that no one else has access to your credit card information.

11. Can I buy a Voucher as a gift for someone else?
If the merchant has allowed more than one to be purchased, you may certainly designate one as a gift. When you checkout, there will be an opportunity to put different names on the vouchers.

12. What if the merchant does not honor the offer?
We establish a personal relationship with all of our trusted merchants. If this situation does arise, however, please contact us immediately.

13. What if I miss the expiration date?
The additional discounts won’t be available; however you will still be entitled to goods and services equal to the amount you paid for the Voucher for a period of 5 years from the expiration date at the place of business. For example, if you spend $25 to buy a $50 voucher to a restaurant but are unable to use it before the expiration date, you will still be entitled to $25 of food for up to 5 years from the expiration date at the place of business.

14. What if I lose my voucher?
Don’t worry! If you have misplaced the Voucher and/or email with the Voucher, login to your semo deals account using the user ID and password you have created. Once logged in, click on the button that says “My Deals”. This will show you all deals you have purchased. Click on the appropriate blue box that you need, which will pop up your coupon and allow you to reprint. However, each Voucher has a unique code number, if you attempt to use a Voucher that has already been redeemed, your replacement voucher will not be redeemable. Fraudulent use or copying of vouchers may result in suspension of your deal account

15. What if I forgot my password?
Please contact us either by phone (573-388-2783) or email semodeals@semissourian.com giving us both your name and user ID, and we will retrieve it for you. If you do not remember your user ID either, please let us know and we will work with you to get this information back in your hands.

16. What if something else goes wrong when I use a Voucher?
The advertiser is responsible for any and all claims related to or arising out of the use of the Voucher including, without limitation, claims for injury, illness, damages, negligence, costs and attorney’s fees. The Southeast Missourian and its affiliates and assigns are not responsible for any damages including, without limitation, the inability to redeem a Voucher, related to an Advertiser’s going out of business or filing for bankruptcy.
